Responsibilities:
- Lead the standardization and continuous development of the Packaging Design function;
- Provide packaging design expertise through in-depth understanding and experience;
- Drive the change management initiatives to increase efficiency in packaging activities;
- Stay updated on internal and external expectations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Take ownership of internal procedures, manage process improvements, and oversee their successful implementation;
- Support the Regulatory Management in strategy implementation to ensure quality standards are met and meet stakeholder expectations are exceeded;
- Manage team capacity;
- Ensure employee satisfaction.

The Team and Stakeholders:
- You will lead a dynamic team of approximately 15 packaging designers. Your closest internal stakeholders include the Regulatory Management team, Regulatory Officers, Quality Assurance, and Operations.

Qualifications:
- Have proven experience in a similar or relevant role;
- Have Hands-on experience in packaging creation and/or working within printing houses;
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Have 3+ years of' experience in leadership position;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills);
- Fluent in Hungarian (written and verbal communication skills;

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex situations;
- Analytical thinking to identify areas for improvement;
